Your tasks

  • Supporting the management in all administrative and organizational tasks
  • Supporting the development team with administrative processes
  • Further development of the location as a “Great Place To Work”
  • Assistance in general accounting
  • Design and coordination of internal projects
  • Organization of internal team events

Your profile

  • Completed commercial training and several years of relevant professional experience
  • Very good handling of MS Office
  • Excellent knowledge of German and very good knowledge of English
  • High degree of initiative and a proactive, independent way of working
  • Good communication skills and organizational talent
  • Professional, friendly and courteous demeanor
